Fargesia rob. 'Pingwu'
Fargesia robusta 'pingwu' is native to Sichuan province in China, it is an attractive, medium to large sized bamboo with an upright, clump-forming, non-invasive habit. The leaves are small and gracefully colored medium green and stand on dark green culms that stand out in spring because of the beautifully contrasting yellow-white bracts. This bamboo prefers a position in partial shade, shade or full sun and a fresh, well-drained, airy and fertile soil. Fargesia robusta 'pingwu' is hardy, tolerates fairly drought and is disease and vermin free. It is a suitable bamboo to serve as a hedge plant, windbreak or patio plant (container plant).

Nymphaea "Fire Opal" is a richly blooming, pink water lily, which is especially suitable for the medium to large pond. The plant has large, almost round leaves that emerge purple-red and then slowly turn green.
