Transport & Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days after receipt of your payment via Bpost.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm. A signature is required to deliver the package. If you are not home often, provide the address of a family member, convenience store, or your work address. You can enter multiple addresses in your account. You can select an appropriate delivery address for every order. You can also put a signed message on the doorbell for the driver. For example, you can give him or her permission to place the package at the back door or to deliver it to the neighbors. Did the first episode not work? Then the driver will visit you again the day after. After that, the package will be resent to us and we will contact you for further instructions.
We will send you an email when your shipment has been transferred to the driver. Within Belgium, Luxembourg and a part of the Netherlands you will normally receive your order the day following this email. For other countries within Europe, delivery can take 3 to 7 days.
From € 250 we ship for free in Europe. The transport costs differ per country and are shown in your shopping cart. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot merge two separate orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. Your order will be packed well protected before we ship it. For this we use recyclable materials. Glass packaging is packed in plastic bubble wrap.
Have you changed your mind or are you not satisfied with the delivery? Send us the product back within 7 calendar days. It is important that the product is in its original condition. Do not just return the product, but follow these steps:
- Send an email to email@example.com with your order number, which products you wish to return, your telephone number and your full name, address and bank details. For example, if you have paid via Paypal, the money will also be refunded to your Paypal account.
- Then send the product to: Tervadoi bv, Voortstraat 46 - 3550 Heusden-Zolder, (Belgium), together with a copy of the email you sent us. This way we can link your return shipment to your account and prepare the refund. Return the products to be exchanged in a sturdy shipping box. Keep a record of the proof of shipment.
- Shipping costs are never refunded.
Carefully open the shipping box and original packaging so that you can use them again to return the order if necessary!
