Koeleria glauca
Koeleria glauca, called torch grass in Dutch, is a small evergreen to semi-evergreen grass with a rough, clump-forming habit and narrow, linear blue-green culms. Torch grass flowers from June to August with brown-green, later silver-gray flower panicles and prefers a position in full sun or partial shade. The plant prefers a dry, sandy, well-drained, nutrient-poor soil and is sufficiently hardy, tolerant of sea wind and air pollution.
