Teucrium lucidrys
Teucrium lucidrys is called gamander in Dutch. It is an evergreen perennial or semi-shrub with a compact, somewhat salvia-like shape. The leaves are gray-green, serrated, oval and aromatic. This teucrium hybrid blooms from June to September with two-lipped, purple-pink flowers and likes a position in full sun and a slightly acidic to a pH neutral or calcareous, well-drained, not too fertile soil. The plant is hardy, reasonably drought tolerant, tolerates sea wind and air pollution and attracts bees and butterflies.
