Thalictrum 'Splendide Album'

Plants with elegant fern-like (Aquilegia-like) leaves, with a multitude of small flowers. The relatively large stamen tufts make the flowers extra striking. The multitude of flowers also creates transparent flower panicles.

True plants for shade or partial shade. A number of varieties also thrive in a sunny position, provided the plant can absorb sufficient moisture.

For the border: given the height, they are real plants to place halfway up or at the back of a border. Some higher species appreciate firm 'neighbors' so that they have some support.
