Mentha aquatica
Mentha aquatica, also called water mint, is a deciduous swamp plant with upright shape and numerous shoots via rhizome. The leaves are round to ovate, serrated, medium green to purple-green and strongly aromatic. Water mint blooms from July to September, with lilac flowers grouped in a spherical inflorescence. Mentha aquatica prefers a position in the sun or partial shade and a, preferably, slightly moist soil. The plant is hardy, tolerant to sea wind, tolerates air pollution and is disease resistant. Water mint can be used in tea and salads, traditionally the plant was also used to stew eel, hence the common name "eel herb".

Mimulus rings, also called blue mask flower, is a tall and widely spreading marsh plant. The plant spreads via rhizomes and has lance-shaped, sharply toothed, pointed, dark green leaves on quadrangular, narrow-winged stems. It blooms from June to August, with striking lilac-blue to violet-blue, tubular flowers with a yellow throat. Mimulusringens prefers a position in full sun or partial shade, in places where it gets some shade in the afternoon, flowering takes longer. Myosotis palustris (syn. M. Scorpioides), also called swamp forget-me-not, is a low-growing, deciduous swamp plant with elegant, bright blue, white flowers with a yellow center and small, lance-shaped, glossy, green leaves on rough-haired, angular stems. The flowering period extends from May to August. Swamp forget me not, likes a position in full sun or partial shade and prefers a moist to wet soil, it can also grow up to 15 cm with feet in shallow water.
