Carex comans 'Frosted Curls'

Carex comans "Frosted Curls", syn. Carex albula, called sedge in Dutch, is a small, bushy, evergreen grass with narrow, overhanging, gray-green to ice-green leaves. This sedge blooms from June to July with inconspicuous brown flower spikes. This grass prefers a position in full sun, partial shade and a well-permeable, especially not too wet soil in the winter months. The plant is fairly drought tolerant, tolerates sea wind and air pollution.
