Gaura lindh. 'Siskiyou Pink'

Gaura lindheimeri 'siskiyou pink' is a short-lived perennial with a bushy upright habit and a clump-forming habit. This beautiful candle has attractive narrow lanceolate, dark green with chestnut brown spotted leaves and blooms from June to the end of September with pale pink butterfly-like flowers with attractive pink-red veined petals. Gaura lindheimeri does well in any well-drained soil that is not too wet in winter. The plant is reasonably hardy, tolerant to sea breeze and air pollution and in good conditions it has little trouble with pests or diseases.
