Geranium magnificum
Geranium magnificum is a strong, deciduous pelican with a bushy, clump-forming habit. The leaves are light green to medium green, hairy and aromatic, in autumn they turn a beautiful yellow-orange-red. This geranium blooms profusely from May June to the end of July with single violet-blue flowers of up to 5 cm. the plant prefers a position in full sun or light shade, but also in partial shade and is satisfied with any well-drained, not too fertile soil type. To prevent too much sowing and to stimulate re-flowering, it is advisable to cut this geranium firmly back after flowering. Cranesbill is hardy, sea wind tolerant and resistant to air pollution.
