Campanula 'Elizabeth'

Campanula takesimana 'elizabeth' is a sometimes rampant deciduous perennial with an upright clump-forming habit and palmate, medium green toothed leaves. This bellflower blooms from June to August with slightly fragrant pink-white bell-shaped and pendulous flowers. Campanula likes a place in partial shade or filtered sunlight and prefers a well-drained, neutral to calcareous soil. The plant is hardy, reasonably to good sea wind tolerant, tolerates air pollution and has virtually no problems with diseases or vermin.
