Caryopteris cland. 'Heavenly Blue'

Caryopteris clandonensis 'Heavenly Blue', small deciduous shrub up to 1.25 m high and wide and very profusely flowering with sweetly scented sky-blue flower panicles. The grey-green, lanceolate leaves are also aromatic and smell like mint when touched or rubbed. The size and prolonged flowering from July to October make this caryopteris a special (semi) shrub for the mixed border or small garden. They are also drought tolerant and suitable for the urban environment.
