Acca sellowiana
Acca Sellowiana, syn. Feijoa sellowiana, called pineapple guava in Dutch, is a medium-sized evergreen shrub from South America, with a bushy habit and decorative, green elliptical leaves with a silver-grey underside. This Brazilian guava flowers from June to October with fragrant, pink-white flowers with bright red stamens, followed after fertilization by edible green-red fruits with a sweet and sour pineapple flavour. Acca sellowiana likes a sheltered position in full sun and a neutral to calcareous well-drained soil that is not too dry, especially during the fruit season. Acanthus mollis is often called soft acanthus or spiny hogweed in Dutch. It is a semi-evergreen perennial with an upright shape and a clump-forming habit. Spiny Bear Claw has glossy deeply lobed, dark green feathery leaves with soft spines. From June to the end of August it blooms with upright clusters of white flowers with purple bracts. Rosa 'Aprikola', syn. R. 'Kororbe' is a small to medium-sized rose that was introduced by Kordes in 2000, it is also offered as a standard rose. This rose has a bushy, broad, branchy shape and has dark green, serrated glossy leaves. It blooms in summer and fall with medium-sized, semi-double, light-scented, apricot-yellow flowers that bloom bright apricot-to-pink. Rosa 'Aprikola' likes a sunny position and a slightly moist, but very well permeable soil, it does well in all soil types. This floribunda rose is hardy, tolerates sea breeze and air pollution, attracts bees and insects, is well disease resistant, but can occasionally be plagued by rose rust and mildew from which it usually recovers.

Acer griseum
Acer griseum, also popularly called paper maple, is a small medium - usually - multi-stemmed maple species, with a beautiful airy crown and funnel-shaped growth. The bloom does not have much ornamental value: green-yellow flowers on downy hairy stems raise the head. The leaves are elliptically roughly serrated and green-red in spring, bronze-coloured with grayish down hairs on the underside, olive-green leaves in summer.
