Nymphaea 'Odorata Alba'
Nymphaea 'Odorata Alba' is a beautiful, white water lily for large to small ponds. This water lily blooms from June to September, with medium-sized, semi-double, fragrant, pure white flowers, with a yellow center. As soon as the flower has finished flowering, the seeds sink to the bottom. The leaves are large and round, light bronze at first, later more uniform dark green. Nymphaea 'Odorata Alba' likes a warm location in full sun or partial shade, a water depth of 0.30 to 1.00 meters and a nutrient-rich soil. The plant is hardy, attracts bees and other insects, tolerates sea wind and is also tolerant to air pollution.

Medium-sized tree with a short trunk and a fairly dense ovoid to rounded crown. The flaking grey-brown trunk has an attractive ornamental value that becomes visible after a few years.
