The Helictotrichon sempervirens 'Saphirsprudel', called Sierhaver or Veldhaver in the Netherlands, is a very beautiful perennial with gray leaves. A gray spike appears in June and blooms until July. The plant grows to a maximum height of about 70 cm. The plant stays green all winter and the plant is hardy! Place the plant in the sun or partial shade for a beautiful and full result.
