Aster dumosus "Herbstgruss Von Bresserhof" is often also called aster novi belgii "herbstgruss von bresserhof", it is a low and compact autumn aster with smooth, lance-shaped, medium green leaves. This autumn flower blooms abundantly from August to October with lilac-pink daisy-like flowers. It likes a sunny position and a fertile, well-drained, slightly moist soil.
