Euphorbia cyparissias, called cypress spurge in Dutch, is an evergreen perennial with a bushy, ground-covering clump-forming habit and attractive elongated to lanceolate blue-green leaves and abundant green-yellow, chartreuse-colored flowers from April to June. This cypress spurge likes a position in full sun and prefers a calcareous soil, but it also tolerates neutral to slightly acidic soil. Euphorbia cyparissias is hardy, can withstand drought, is sea wind and salt tolerant and tolerates air pollution.
