Lonicera tellmanniana
Lonicera x tellmanniana, called honeysuckle in Dutch, is a perennial, deciduous climber with a right-winding climbing habit. It flowers from May to June with orange-red to copper-coloured, unscented flowers, grouped in terminal racemes. The leaves are smooth-edged, medium green to dark green, oblong oval and with an almost white underside. This lonicera does well in any well-drained humus-rich soil and likes a sunny or partial shade. It is hardy, sea wind resistant and air pollution tolerant, has little trouble with diseases or vermin.

Parthenocissus quinquefolia
A diligent climbing plant that can easily cover a high facade, but watch out for the woodwork, it attaches itself by means of suction cups.

Parthenocissus tr. 'Veitchii'
Parthenocissus tricuspidata "veitchii", also called Virginia creeper, is a self-adhesive, deciduous climbing vine with a vigorous, upright habit and decorative, three-lobed, conical leaves, with a very light green to soft bronze hue in spring, glossy medium green in summer and bright red fall colors. This Virginia creeper flowers from June to July, with inconspicuous greenish-yellow flowers, often hidden under the leaves, followed later in autumn by small, blue-black berries. Parhenocissus tricuspidata "veitchii" likes a position in full sun, but also does well in partial shade. The plant likes a well-drained, humus-rich soil, is very hardy and, once established, also good drought tolerant.

Schizophragma hydrangeoides
Schizophragma hydrangeoides is a member of the hydrangea family and resembles the climbing hydrangea (h.anomala petiolaris) particularly well. It is a vigorously upright and self-adhesive deciduous climber that blooms beautifully in summer with fragrant, flat white umbels. The leaves are large, dark green, toothed, heart-shaped and pointed. This hydrangea does well in partial shade or shade and requires a well-drained, not too dry soil. It is extremely hardy and self-adhesive.
