Geranium 'Ann Folkard'
Geranium 'Ann Folkard' is a deciduous (hybrid) cranesbill with a wide-spreading, carpet-forming habit. The leaves are yellow-green, chartreuse-colored and five-lobed. This geranium blooms from June to August with dark purple-pink, violet-colored flowers with a black center. The plant prefers a position in partial shade or sun, but also does it in full shade and is satisfied with any well-permeable, not too fertile soil type. To extend the flowering period, it is important to regularly remove the faded flowers. Cranesbill is hardy, sea wind tolerant and once established also fairly drought tolerant.
