Aquilegia vulg. 'Heidi'

Aquilegia vulgaris 'Heidi' is a very graceful perennial with single pink/soft white flowers with spurred petals.

The stems, stiff, strongly branched, have 5 to 15 nodded flowers at the end. The foliage is blue-green, round and often divided into two or three lobes.

At 70cm tall, it will self-seed almost anywhere, occupying corners shunned by other plants unless you snip off the flowers before they set seed.
