Achillea ptarm. 'The Pearl'

Achillea ptarmica "The Pearl" is a small to medium-sized deciduous yarrow with a broad, clump-forming habit. The leaves are lanceolate, dark green and aromatic. It blooms from March to May with pompon-like double white flowers on stems 60 cm long. This leaf leaf prefers a position in partial shade and a well-permeable soil, it cannot tolerate heavy (wet) clay. Achillea "the pearl" is very hardy, drought tolerant, tolerates sea wind and air pollution well and attracts butterflies and bees.
