Persicaria ampl. 'Pink Elephant'

The bright pink bloom of Persicaria amplexicaulis 'Pink Elephant' has wavy spikes that resemble elephant trunks.

Is not as high as the other species of the P. amlexicaulis, but does not tolerate severe frost as well.

It is better to plant them in a sheltered area and to provide winter cover if necessary.
