This popular purple bellflower is an attractive semi-evergreen perennial with a bushy, clump-forming habit and medium green, lobed, slightly marbled maple-like leaves. This heuchera blooms abundantly from June to July with decorative scarlet-red scented flowers. This plant likes a neutral, well-drained soil type and prefers a location in filtered sunlight or partial shade. It is hardy, drought resistant, disease resistant and has few problems with vermin.
