Hemerocallis 'Citrina' is a semi-evergreen perennial with a robust, upright shape and pol-forming habit. This daylily has narrow medium green to light green sword-shaped leaves and blooms in June and July with strongly scented, up to 18cm large lemon-yellow star-shaped flowers.This hemerocallis likes a position in full sun or partial shade and appreciates a well-drained, fertile soil with a neutral pH . During the flowering season, the faded flowers should be removed daily and yellow leaves may be torn off. Hemerocallis 'Citrina' is hardy, tolerant to moderate drought, sea wind and air pollution tolerant and can be used in borders, informal gardens and prairie gardens.
