Geranium river. 'Russell Prichard'

Geranium riversleaianum 'russell prichard' is an evergreen to semi-evergreen cranesbill with a low-growing, ground-covering and clumping habit. The leaves of this hybrid are gray-green to silver-gray, lobed and slightly hairy. This geranium blooms profusely from May to October with small, purple-red single flowers. The petals are dark violet veined. The plant likes a position in full sun or light shade, but also in partial shade and is happy with any well-drained, not too fertile soil. To prevent too much sowing and to encourage re-blooming, it is advisable to cut this geranium back firmly after flowering.
