Calamintha nepeta 'Triumphator' is very similar to Calamintha nepeta ssp nepeta, but it is more hairy and the flowers open less widely.

Blooms profusely with pale lilac (almost white) flowers.

The scent attracts massive bees, bumblebees and butterflies, the plant of choice for these insects.

Prune completely in spring.

Protect the plant in severe frost.

The fine aromatic leaves smell of mint and can also be used in the kitchen.
