Verbena hastata is a tall herbaceous perennial with long spikes of small violet-blue flowers. Bright green foliage, composed of elongated and serrated leaves.

Thrives in any common soil, cool to dry, in the sun.

Verbena hastata sows itself spontaneously, add a plant label, there is a lot of risk that you would otherwise take it out when weeding in the spring.
