Hosta 'Undulata Mediovariegata'

Hosta 'undulata mediomarginata' is a medium-sized variegated heart lily, it has a compact, clumping habit and attractive, elliptical, medium green and slightly wavy leaves with a central ivory-white zone. It blooms in July and August with lilac-colored bell-shaped flowers on upright flower stems. hosta 'undulata mediomarginata' prefers a position in partial shade and shade, but also does very well in full sun. It prefers fertile, well-drained and moist soil. This hosta is very hardy, tolerant of sea wind, tolerates air pollution reasonably well and is generally disease free. Often used in partial shade borders, shade borders and Japanese gardens.
