Heuchera 'plum pudding', also called purple bell in Dutch, is a very attractive evergreen perennial with a compact pol-forming habit and particularly attractive purple-brown, silver marbled and lobed heart-shaped leaves with a purple-red underside. Heuchera 'plum pudding' blooms from June to August with small pink flowers. This plant likes a neutral, well-drained soil type and prefers a location in filtered sunlight or partial shade. It is hardy, drought resistant, disease resistant and has few problems with vermin. it is often used as ground cover in the border, rock garden, shade garden and mass planting.
