Phlox 'Candy Stripes'

Phlox subulata "candy stripes" is an evergreen flame flower with a compact, turf-forming and ground-covering habit and dark green, elongated, almost needle-like leaves. This phlox blooms from April to June with funny, bicolore, pink and white striped, slightly scented flowers. It likes a position in full sun and a very well drained, fertile soil. Phlox is ph flexible. Phlox subulata "candy stripes" is very hardy, drought tolerant, tolerates air pollution and is generally pest free.
