Choisya ternata

Choisya ternata, also called gloss medlar or Mexican orange blossom, is an evergreen shrub from Mexico with fragrant white flowers in the month of May and sometimes even more in the fall. When the leaves are slightly bruised, a strong citrus scent is created to which the plant owes its Dutch name: mexican orange blossom.choisya likes a position in full sun or light shade and thrives on fertile soil. Pruning after the first bloom promotes good rebloom in September-October. Can also be grown as a coastal plant with some protection.
