Lonicera pericl. 'Belgica'

Lonicera periclymenum 'Belgica', is a decorative large deciduous honeysuckle with a narrow upright, climbing habit. This old (17th century) variety blooms in June with large cartwheel-like flower heads composed of creamy white and apricot pink fragrant flowers. The leaves are glossy, medium green and ovate. This lonicera periclymenum does well in any well-drained soil and likes a sunny or partial shade. it is hardy, sea wind resistant and air pollution tolerant, generally not too bothered by pests or diseases.
