Pennisetum alop. 'Burgundy Bunny'

Pennisetum alopecuroides 'Burgundy Bunny' is a miniature form with narrow green leaves. In the summer they turn partly red to completely red in the autumn.

The plant blooms with cream-colored plumes from late summer.

Prune the plant to the ground in March.

Requires normal to moist soil but once established drought tolerant.
