Carex comans 'Milk Chocolate'

Carex comans 'Milk Chocolate' is an ornamental grass with attractive arching glossy leaves.

The new leaves are yellow to red and turn brown as they age. In the fall they turn brownish-orange.

Flowering is of less importance and is sometimes omitted.

Requires moist but well-drained soil in a warm sunny spot.

Dislikes wet winters, especially in severe frost.
