Nepeta faas. 'Kit Cat'

Nepeta faassenii 'Kit Cat' is a particularly compact and floriferous plant, forms a rounded tuft with a very neat appearance and grey-green leaves.

For months it blooms with clouds of lavender-blue flowers.

Grows in poor, dry, even stony soil in a sunny location.

Does not tolerate soggy soil in winter.

After flowering, prune the plants strongly for a 2th bloom

May also be halved in May to obtain a more compact growth.

The cats love this herb when they eat it they almost get "high".
