Clematis recta 'Purpurea'

Clematis recta grows to 150cm high but often hangs with a mass of white flowers and can be used well in small shrubs that can serve as a support.

These herbaceous plants belong to pruning group 3 (prune late winter/early spring at 30cm from the ground)

The ordinary Clematis recta has green leaves, but there is a cultivar 'Purpurea' with the same characteristics, but has purple-gray leaves and makes the tiny white flowers stand out.
