Agastache hybr. 'Blue Fortune'

Agastache "Blue Fortune", also called anise or licorice plant in Dutch, is a popular hybrid with a bushy, upright shape and medium green oval to lanceolate leaves that are strongly aromatic. This licorice plant blooms continuously from July to the end of September with violet-blue flower spikes on long and upright flower stems. This plant likes a position in full sun and does well in any soil type, although it prefers an alkaline soil. Agastache is fairly hardy, but some winter protection is still recommended. The plant is sea wind and air pollution tolerant.
