Carex morrowii

Carex morrowii is called Japanese sedge in English and is a medium-sized evergreen grass with arching, glossy mid-green to dark green, grass-like leaves. This sedge flowers from April to May with inconspicuous, this grass likes a position in full sun or partial shade and a well-drained, especially not too wet soil in the winter months. The plant is fairly drought tolerant, tolerates sea wind and air pollution and is hardy.
