Achillea mil. 'Cerise Queen'

Achillea millefolium "Cerise Queen" is a medium sized deciduous yarrow with a bushy upright shape. The leaves are fern-like, light green and aromatic. It flowers from July to September with flat dark pink to cherry red flower clusters on high flower stems. This giant leaf prefers a position in full sun, in a well-permeable soil, it is very flexible in terms of soil type, but cannot tolerate heavy (wet) clay. Achillea "cerise queen" is very hardy, attracts butterflies and bees, is drought tolerant and also tolerates sea wind and air pollution well.
