Iris germanica 'Immortality' is a high upright, pol-forming and rhizomatous perennial. The evergreen leaves are sword-shaped and gray-green in color. This bearded iris blooms from May to early July with fragrant, pure white iris-like flowers with a lemon-colored beard. Iris g. 'immortality' likes a position in full sun or partial shade and does well in any well-drained soil type. This iris is very hardy and once established it also tolerates drought well, it also tolerates sea breeze and air pollution quite well.
