Hemerocallis 'Frans Hals'

Hemerocallis 'Frans Hals' is a deciduous perennial with a clump-forming habit. This daylily has narrow bright green sword-shaped leaves and blooms from June to August with medium-sized, orange-yellow, trumpet-shaped flowers with terracotta-red colored inner petals. This hemerocallis likes a position in full sun or partial shade and appreciates a well-drained, fertile soil with a neutral pH. During the flowering season, the faded flowers should be removed daily and yellow leaves may be torn off. Hemerocallis 'French neck' is hardy, tolerant to moderate drought.
