Helenium autumnale 'Pumilum Magnificum' is native to North America and blooms with yellow ray flowers. The petals are arranged around a spherical yellow heart.

Has tightly branched stems with lanceolate leaves.

Thrive in rich, moist soil in full sun but can tolerate dry spells.

Too much fertilization produces weak, limp stems. It is best to prune the plant back in the spring, this gives a more branched plant with a more abundant flowering.
