Geranium prat. 'Midnight Reiter'

The foliage of Geranium pratense 'Midnight Reiter' is plum purple and combines beautifully with the lavender blue flowers.

The leaves do get greener with more shade.

After flowering, the plant can be pruned and it will give fresh leaves and a second flowering.

Requires drier soil in winter, if necessary provide winter cover in severe frost.
