Salvia officinalis
Salvia officinalis, also known as true sage, is a semi-evergreen perennial with a compact upright shape and gray-green, oval to elongated, aromatic leaves. This decorative, but also culinary sage, blooms from June to August with violet-blue to lilac-pink flower spikes.
