Rhododendron 'Gristede'
Rhododendron 'Gristede' is a small evergreen rodo with a bushy, compact shape. The leaves are small, lanceolate, glossy and dark green. This russatum hybrid blooms in April and May with funnel-shaped lilac blue flowers grouped in clusters. This rhododendron prefers a location in filtered sunlight or partial shade, sheltered from strong winds and with a shaded root zone. It requires an acidic, moist, well-drained soil that should never be allowed to dry out completely, requires little pruning and is very hardy, the gristede flowers can also withstand a few degrees of frost.

Houttuynia cordata
Houttuynia cordata is a perennial that blooms with white flowers from June to August.
It is a ground cover that, however, can proliferate with the underground foothills. Both the white root shoots and the leaves have a distinctive scent that is perceived as unpleasant by many gardeners. The Dutch name of swamp anemone indicates that it is a plant that also thrives on the pond edge in wet soil and even in shallow water up to 10cm.
